Really racking up the frequent poster points.

Big day! First time showering with Suus, first time walking in the stroller, first time to see your mother collapse from exhaustion from walking with the stroller and the first time watching the last night of the proms.

Weird thing: Galen really liked the Tchaikovsky pieces they played, the first, Capriccio Italien, more so than the second, Rococo Variations. Funny really. We're trying not to read anything into it but it might proof a good method of getting him quiet and sleepy ... need to investigate.

By the way: we still miss Sir Henry Wood's Fantasia on british sea songs. Last Night hasn't been the same without it.

Big day!

Galen went showering for the first time yesterday, he got his first mail, he met a few neighbours and he fed like it was going out of style ... oh, and: he watched, well,'watched' a few series of US football with his dad at 05:00 or thereabouts! (Saints-Vikings, 14-9, ugly game, but still, his first! Galen thought it was crap, at least he expressed crap, so I'm sort of extrapolating from his expression, but, yeah ... it kinda was. Though, yay! Football!))

So, yeah ... he's tired now. But I think he had fun!

And I really need to remember that Blogger puts these pics in the wrong order. It would make the story seem a bit more logical.
